    This is with reference to EPS 95 transfer from previous organisation ( EPS No- WB/PRB/25181/2295) to organisation Reliance Industries Ltd (Member ID :GJRAJ004055200E0018328) in Dec-2014. On 24/02/2015 rejection received on portal stating reason ” Claim-Form-13 (Transfer In / Same Office)(Transfer (Unexempted to Unexempted in other region or to Exempted Establishments)) Claim id-GJRAJ150200010735 Member id-GJRAJ004055200E0018328 has been rejected due to :- PLEASE SUBMIT FORM-3(EPS)/APROVD BY APFC SH H N BHATT ”

    Request you to please help whether EPS 95 contribution has been transferred to RPFC,Rajkot or not?
    If not what need to be done ? I have submitted grievance on EPFIGMS several times. However, I am not getting satisfactory reply of my query
