I don’t know what Govt they are running. No-one responds to the calls and if they respond, all I’m hearing is the system is down, give us a call in 30 mins. If you call back again, no-one attends the call. Even after we have the new govt in India, why does the govt. employees behave like this. Is there anything a public can do to get their own money what Govt has got from them? I’m hearing a lot of complaints from public on the PF department and no-one has ever taken any responses to streamline the process. I don’t know what these govt employees get from these poor public. Will they do for their own child or brother or sister? They will use all power to get the details for their own. Why can’t govt. employees treat everyone like this. Is there any complaint box to whom we can write and that gentle man/woman can take necessary steps to streamline the process?
